Day-1 Cross the Mongolian Border and stay at the shore of the Kuvsgul lake
Day-2 Khuvsgul Lake –Ider river The first day starts off from the most northern point in Khuvsgul lake with it spectacular views as surrunding high Mountains .. On the way, you can see the special deer stones ensembles of “Uushigiin Uvur”, the biggest tomb found in Mongolia, which dates back to the Bronze Age. We will stay overnight in a tent on the bank of the Ider River. Swimming and fishing is possible, at your own choice. Day-3 Ider river - Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake Today, we will drive to the Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur National Park, one of the most beautiful freshwater lakes surrounded by volcanic craters. It was formed by lava flows from an eruption thousands of years ago. On the road before we pass through the mountains, we will make a stop to see the ruins of the Northern Buddhist Temple, and on the other side of the mountain we will pass the human-shaped stones of the Turkic age. Wooden carts are still used in the province just like they were during Chingis Khaan’s time. Day-4 Terkiin Tsagaan Lake –Chuluut river Today we will stop at the wonderful natural resort of Khorgo, with beautiful scenery such as mountain cliffs, rivers with rapid streams, lakes, an extinct volcano, green woods and pastures. The Chuluut River flows through the deepest rocky canyon that emerged as a result of the eruption due to tectonic activities. Overnight at the river bank of the Chuluut River in order to go fishing at the taimen and & trout as wel as grayling fish . Day-5 Chuluut river –Tsenkher Hot spa We will have a chance to visit a wonderful local ethnographic museum in the provincial center before stopping at the hot spa. We will stay overnight in a Ger tourist camp at the Tsenkher hot spa. This is the ideal place to take a hot bath in natural hot spa water and relax after a full-days journey. Day-6 Tsenkher hot Spa – KharaKhorum –Water fall From the hot spa, we will hit the road towards the remain of capital Mongolia in the 13th Century as well as first buddhist temple Erdene zuu . While traveling upper the Orkhon river we can see many yaks in their natural habitat, an enormous bare mountain area, where the most hospitable nomads live.. After lodging in the “Ger” accommodation we will admire the splendor of a beautiful water fall cascading over tall cliff. Overnight: in the tents nearby of the Water Fall. Day-7 Water fall – Tamch river Canyon The Orkhon valley surrounded by foothills of Khangai Mountain range with fir forest as well as meadow . Besides, the Orkhon valley filled by tectonic lava which lies along the valley .This day our team cross several times Orkhon river and arrive at the Tamch river Canyon with rocky cliffs which is have nests of really rare Lammergeier bird . Our tents set up beside of pine trees and everything is your own as who make fire or go fishing . Day-8 Tamch River . Whole day stay & go fishing for trout as well as grayling . Day-9 Tamch river Canyon –Taats River. Our first day , entering to the Gobi Desert . We will drive as far as possible and stop beside of the Taats river that runs toward the south . Overnight in the tent. Day-10 Taast river – Tevsh Mountain . We wind our way down the Northern side of the Baga Bogd Mountain(3750m) range toward the Tevsh mountain where exist large number of rock drawing dates from the Stone Age . To-day , we will be passed huge Sand dune that called Nugyn Sand dune. The Tevsh mountain really unique place for archeololical people . Overnight in the tent along the shoutern slope of the Tevsh Mountain . Day-11 Tevsh Mountain –Khongoriin Els Sand Dune We cross the Arts Bogd Mountain before saksaul valley surrounded by contrast Gobi Mountains as well as dormant Volcanic Mountains raising from the mirage . We will be fascinated by the unique Gobi Desert Landscapes and wild antelopses . Overnight at the tourist camp nearby of the gigantic Sand Dune Khongoriin Els . After dinner , we do not miss camel riding couple of our . Day-12 Khongoriin Els Sand Dune – Naran Daats Artesian water We will set off to the oasis “Naran Daats” driving through the sand dunes testing our endurance. On the way the “Nemegt” canyon will be seen, which is the second largest canyon in Mongolia, where many kinds of dinosaurs such as Ouiraptosauria and Ornithomimosauria were found by American paleontologists in 1994. The “Naran Daats” is a spring which pours from the top of a hill. Here most of tourists usually wash and clean off desert dust and everyone is happy to have a stop for the night. Day-13 Naran Daats Artesian water - Khermen Tsav Canyon -Hundred Tree Oasis This route is very remote and not often used by travellers which makes it all the more exciting. It will be mixture of dirt road, gravel tracks and sandy trails. This day we will drive offroad for a certain distance to enjoy fascinating unique landscape of Mongolian largest canyon - “Khermen Tsav” which has emerged due to millions of years of erosion of red cliffs. The “Khermen Tsav” canyon creates an impression as if the dinosaurs still roam somewhere around. A small river oasis named “Zulganai” is the last oasis in Mongolia, untouched by human beings. We keep move further to the “Hundred Tree” oasis after driving through Camel Valley for most of a day. We will also pass the “Nogoon Tsav” canyon which is a unique with its rich green colours. Overnight in the tent . Day-14 Hundred Tree Oasis –Zaramiin Gobi . We will leave Hundred Tree oasis and head to the Zaramyn Gobi. Today’s surprise will be uniquely formed by “Shine Jinst” mountain rising from the mirages. We will set up our tents in “Zarmiin Gobi” beautiful with its emptiness, where Gobi-Altai mountain range starts. Day-15 Zaramiin Gobi – Sacred “Eej Khairkhan “ mountain Today, we will see wild camels ‘havtgai’ which are ancestors of two-humped Bactrian camels which are rare in the world. The only country in the world that has wild camels still in existence in Mongolian Gobi Desert. We will then visit “Eej” (mother) mountain sacred by indigenous people of Gobi. Here tourists are attracted by a unique natural formation of ‘Yesun Togoo’ and ascetic Buddhist monk’s cave used for meditation. . Day-16 Sacred “Eej Khairkhan “ mountain -Bugat We will be impressed by the an endless empty Gobi desert located in a zone- B of Ikh Gobi(western great Gobi Desert) protected area. On our way, we can see nothing except for wild asses and gazelles which can be seen occasionally. Overnight in the tent . Day-17 Bugat – Shargiin Gobi –Tonkhil –Sutai Mountain 4090m . Depart Bugat area and head toward north through the Bugat mountain Gorge when leave from the Mountain we can see “Saiga” antelopses in their natural habitat. Day-18 Sutai Mountain 4090m –Durgen Lake (best place ) We will continue our journey through Durgun steppe and stop by a Durgun lake unique with its unusual and fascinating formation adjacent to sand dunes. This will be a unique opportunity for us to dive in the lake and walk in the sand dunes. From this point biggest sand dunes “Great Mongolian Sands” start to spread for about 200 km to the east. Set up tents right at the shore of the Lake . Day-19 Stay Around Durgen Lake & relax Day-20 Durgen Lake- Khyargas lake . Today , we do winding costal road driving on the sand dunes along the shore lake . It is will big fun and endure riding & driving . Full day driving , we arrive other beautiful Lake where possible to catch fish . Overnight in the tent along shore of lake . Day-21 Khayrgas lake –Achit Lake . This day , we move between other lakes as well as famous Shaajgai Lake . Day-22. Achit Lake –Russian Border . Cross the border .

Друзья, здравствуйте! Хотелось бы попросить вас повесить объявление, даже необязательно объявление. Хочеться просто пригласить желающих (если таковые найдуться) из вашего клуба в небольшую экспедицию (22 дня) по Монголии. У нас костяк - мотоциклисты на хард-эндуро. Но без товарищеской поддержки нам будет нелегко. С нами будет и гид, и сопровождение с топливом, но больше внедорожников - лучше. Места у нас по маршруту чумовые - от Иркутска через горы на юг в Гоби, далее кладбище динозавров, дикие верблюды и прочая живность, реки, озера, пески по 100 км, а потом Алтай. Выезд в сторону Барнаула. Будем рады, если кто-либо присоединиться к нам. Но сами понимаете - маршрут серьезный. От участников требуется определенный опыт.
